Job Description

Technical Requirements (Duties)

  1. Develop and manage monthly and weekly social media content calendars for multiple client accounts.
  2. Plan and create engaging, platform-specific content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
  3. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors to execute content effectively.
  4. Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
  5. Manage client communication, including approvals, feedback, revisions, and requests.
  6. Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement.
  7. Ensure quality control of all content (captions, tags, timing, and final assets) before publishing.

 

Experience and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or relevant practical experience).
  2. Proven experience in social media management, content planning, or account management.
  3. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital content trends.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
  6. Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  7. Experience working with content scheduling tools and collaborating with creative teams.
