Job Description
Technical Requirements (Duties)
- Develop and manage monthly and weekly social media content calendars for multiple client accounts.
- Plan and create engaging, platform-specific content ideas aligned with brand objectives.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and editors to execute content effectively.
- Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
- Manage client communication, including approvals, feedback, revisions, and requests.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement.
- Ensure quality control of all content (captions, tags, timing, and final assets) before publishing.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or relevant practical experience).
- Proven experience in social media management, content planning, or account management.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with content scheduling tools and collaborating with creative teams.
