Job Description
Technical Requirements (Duties)
- Drive achievement of monthly sales targets within assigned territories.
- Monitor and ensure product visibility and availability across all sales channels.
- Supervise and guide sales representatives to meet key KPIs (drop size, call frequency, strike rate).
- Expand numeric and weighted distribution to increase market penetration.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (white spaces) within the territory.
- Ensure proper execution of trade promotions and in-store activities according to company standards.
- Monitor stock levels, pricing compliance, and trade execution discipline.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., FMCL team) to ensure smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive growth.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in FMCG sales within the Ghanaian market.
- Strong knowledge of FMCG Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies.
- Good understanding of assigned territory and local market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within assigned regions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word).
- Fluency in local languages such as Twi and/or Ga is an added advantage
