? FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
? Technical Requirements (Duties)
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and board packs
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships to ensure financial stability
Oversee receivables, credit control, and implement strategies to improve collections
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax) and manage audits
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning
Supervise office administration, payroll support, and internal operational processes
? Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in accounting and finance roles
Professional certification (ACCA, ICAG, CIMA or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Ghanaian financial reporting standards
Experience working with auditors and managing financial compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
