Job Description

To Perform all sales functions, from Scouting, following up on leads, preparation of quotes/ proforma’s and everything that involves closing of sales. Cold calls for ALL Company's Products should be done on a weekly basis and meetings should be scheduled for presentations and site visits.

·     To be able to timely Prepare Reports for Management to view weekly and monthly, this includes keeping management on copy on all reports sent to Jaquar i.e Monthly Coverage Plan & Sales Communications Report

 

·     To be present at all weekly Zoom Sales Meetings and be able to present personal projection figures for the week and month to see where you are against your annual target of 10 Million GHC.

·     To be independent in Organising Architects Events, Plumbers meet, World Plumbing Day, Bill Boards, Sponsorships etc. Quarterly plans on this must be submitted in advance to management.

·     To work jointly with Ex Interior to enhance our yearly sales target, currently at $2.8m with Jaquar.

 

·     Redistribution- Appointment of New Dealers (MOU, Inventory Request, Display Concept etc) in Ghana and to maintain weekly follow up to monitor progress, stock requests, credit limits etc. A target to be set on all company's SKU based on the dealers capabilities.

To copy Ex Interior in sales report every quarter indicating various invoice values for all dealers enabling performance monitoring and evaluation.

•   To be able to confidently and promptly go through all product selection with Client interested in Direct Shipment in Ghana and submit quotations to all company's design Partners to generate proforma invoice.
