Main Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·        To Perform all sales functions, following up on leads, preparation of quotes/ proforma’s and everything that involves closing of sales. Cold calls for ALL Company's Products should be done on a weekly basis and meetings should be scheduled for presentations and site visits.

·        Ensuring maximum information about their project is extracted from each walk-in client.

·        Identifying their profession i.e Architects, QS , Plumber Mep Contractors, Consultants, Project Managers, Main Contractors and End Users.

·        Arrange Site appointments at least 1 per week.

·        Probing for details of future projects, in order to diarize appointment with customers for follow up.

·        Daily record keeping of all proforma issued from branch in a report and submitting to management. Status remarks to be added to the reports

·        Accountable for monitoring Payment Terms Agreed with the client and chasing them up on default or delay payment.

·        To be present at all weekly Zoom Sales Meetings and be vocal
