Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

·        Attending to walk in clients Identifying their profession i.e Architects, QS , Plumber Mep Contractors, Consultants, Project Managers, Main Contractors and End Users.

?       Supervising Monday Morning calling sessions, monitoring and motivating the Project Sales Team and updating Management on outcome.

?       To prepare all Spec Sheets and Proforma’s for the Project Sales Team

?       To handle all events/ meets from start to end, providing full status reports to management

?       To keep data on Architects, Engineers, Realtors and Contractors updated

?       Complete individual needs to meet deadlines on invoices

?       Data Calls

?       To be proactively involved in resolving petty issues that obstruct the effectiveness of the Project sales team

·        Following up on leads, preparation of quotes/ proforma’s and everything that involves closing of sales in your allocated spare time.

·        Accountable for monitoring Payment Terms Agreed with the client and chasing them up on default or delay payment.

·        To be present at all weekly Zoom Sales Meetings
