Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Conduct market research and analyze consumer, competitor, and industry insights
2. Develop and deliver strategic communication and experiential marketing plans
3. Create strategic briefs, reports, and presentations for internal and client use
4. Monitor campaign performance and evaluate effectiveness using data insights
5. Support business development through pitches, RFPs, and strategy presentations
6. Identify trends and opportunities to improve brand positioning and campaign impact

Experience & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2. Proven experience in strategy, marketing, or advertising roles
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
5. Experience in experiential marketing or brand strategy development
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
