CREATIVE MANAGER

Technical Requirements (Duties)

1. Lead and manage the development of creative concepts from idea to execution
2. Supervise design, copywriting, and overall creative production output
3. Ensure all creative work aligns with brand strategy and client objectives
4. Manage multiple creative projects, timelines, and team performance
5. Review and approve final creative materials before client presentation
6. Drive innovation and maintain high standards in all creative deliverables

Experience & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field
2. Proven experience in a creative leadership or managerial role
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and conceptual skills
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
5. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
6. Experience in marketing communications, branding, and campaign execution
